If you seek a complete
fitness and nutritional program that includes one-on-one training, personal
training at TITAN FITNESS is the choice for you. You will receive an initial
health history screening, as well as a personal interview to determine your
goals. Your program will then be specifically developed to correspond with your
health and fitness aims. Cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and
flexibility are addressed in the program design. Each workout will be planned,
directed, overseen, and documented by Paul Zelinka,\
ACE-certified personal
trainer and owner of TITAN FITNESS. A nutritional program will also be devised
to complement your workout program to optimize the benefits of your exercise.
Personal training packages are available for two, three, or four sessions per
week.
Group training is designed for small groups to pursue their goals in a unique, challenging workout environment. As with the personal training, all aspects of fitness (cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility) are addressed. Nutritional consultation is also available for those clients interested in more individualized dietary guidance. Group training is available for men, women, and seniors taking into account specific factors for each group. Group training programs meet two to three times each week.

GYM MEMBERSHIP
TITAN FITNESS also offers
basic gym memberships giving you full use of all of our facilities including
weight training, cardiovascular, and Martial Arts Equipment. As apposed to
other gyms and fitness facilities, TITAN FITNESS does not charge registration or
initiation fees. The cost for gym memberships is simply $30 a month.
We frequently offer semester specials as well.
