For over a decade, Titan Fitness(formerly State College Martial Arts Academy), has developed a proud tradition of the Centre Region’s original Authentic Women Kickboxing program. Originating in 1997, the class continues to be one of Titan Fitness most popular and recognized programs. Well over a thousand women have benefited physically and mentally from the unique quality of instruction this program offers. The instruction is based on the techniques of Muay Thai Kickboxing. Muay Thai is well recognized around the world as the most effective and practical kickboxing system for sport or self-defense. Otherwise referred to as the eight-point fighting system, Muay Thai not only utilizes punches and kicks, but also, elbows and knees! A fitness workout like no other. Great for all individual fitness levels!! Titan Fitness offers a FREE LESSON to all curious or interested participants!
