We have just released our Fall 2010 class schedule, our most ambitious schedule to date. We are offering our standard classes in mixed martial arts, women’s kickboxing, and boxing. We will continue to teach Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes as well as we have since last March. The Thai boxing classes will include a beginners class to along with our advanced class for those students who want to specialize in the stand up kickboxing style. Youth martial arts classes are also going to be offered. For more details, check out the link listed below. It includes start dates and times for all the classes. Tyler Saltsman started wrestling in 6th grade losing only three matches during his middle school career while capturing two state titles and a New England title. Tyler went on to win state titles in all four years of high school becoming only the second wrestler in the history of the state of New Hampshire to be a four-time state champion. Tyler was also a New England champion and was the only wrestler ever in his school’s history to win 50 straight matches in one season. Tyler compiled a high school record of 168-9 and was a high school All-American. Tyler was also honored with selection into the High School Wrestling Hall of Fame. Tyler selected Penn State to pursue his college wrestling career. He redshirted at Penn State during his freshman year and my sophomore year. After his sophomore year season Tyler won a wrestle off and started for the Nittany Lions posting a winning record until deciding to leave the team to pursue his MMA career at Titan where he also serves as the Titan Wrestling coach. Gracie Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt Bill Algeo is Titan Fitness & Martial Arts’ Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor. Bill started martial arts at 14 years of age. Bill wrestled throughout high school and eventually received an All-State title. Bill continued to coach wrestling and in 2007 found BJJ. He soon after received his blue belt from Phil Migliarese and, in 2009 he earned purple belt. He has won many advanced divisions from NAGA, Grapplers Quest, US Grappling and various smaller tournaments. Bill has trained with some of the best MMA fighters Philadelphia has to offer and has taught BJJ for the last year and a half at MMA/BJJ schools. May 1, 2009
