Intermediate & Advanced: Tuesday through Thursday 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Beginners: Tuesday through Thursday 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM (starting January 17)
Boxing I & II Monday & Wednesday 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM Friday 7 PM – 8 PM
Intermediate & Advanced starts January 9; Beginners start January 16.

Spring 2012 Free Lesson Schedule
Titan Fitness & Martial Arts offers free lessons as a way for new students to try out a class prior to making a commitment to taking the class. The following is the free lesson schedule for the summer semester.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Boxing: Mondays and Wednesdays 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Women’s Kickboxing: Tuesdays 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Youth Martial Arts: Tuesdays 6:30 PM
