Take advantage of these one time low rates!!  Located in downtown State College, PA and one block off the Penn State campus(127 Sowers Street), Titan Fitness has been offering the martial arts experience to the Centre County region and Penn State students for over a decade.

Woman Kickboxing personal lessons offer one-on-one attention with instruction in the skills and techniques of Muay Thai Kickboxing.  Training sessions will develop: increased levels of self-defense knowledge, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, body coordination, and self-confidence.  All training sessions have an optional abdominal workout at the completion of each session.

Small Group Trainings are also available with rates as low as $10 per person!!!

Fall 2010 Class Scheduled Released

We have just released our Fall 2010 class schedule, our most ambitious schedule to date.  We are offering our standard classes in mixed martial arts, women’s kickboxing, and boxing.  We will continue to teach Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes as well as we have since last March.  The Thai boxing classes will include a beginners class to along with our advanced class for those students who want to specialize in the stand up kickboxing style.  Youth martial arts classes are also going to be offered.   For more details, check out the link listed below.  It includes start dates and times for all the classes.  For beginners to martial arts, contact us at 814/235-1015 or info@titanfitness.com to inquire about classes and to schedule your FREE lesson.  It’s going to be a great fall.  Join us for a great ride!

Women’s Kickboxing and Self-Defense FREE Lessons at Titan Fitness(State College, PA)

Titan Fitness offers a FREE lesson to any woman in the State College, Penn State University, and Central PA Region interested in getting an introduction to real kickboxing and self-defense.  Titan wants to allow all potential students to get exposed to the kickboxing art, training facility, and instructor before they make a decision on participating for an extended period of time in the popular class.

Titan Fitness has been teaching women’s kickboxing for over a decade and has proudly empowered over a thousand women to better understand how to defend themselves!  The class not only teaches self-defense techniques in a kickboxing format, but also, provides an alternative and unique workout to rapidly develop cardiovascular and muscle endurance.

Titan Fitness is located one block off the Penn State Campus and has been providing FREE Martial Arts lessons in the State College, Penn State, and Central PA region for over fifteen years. 

Titan Fitness and Martial Arts offers a FREE lesson to any individual interested in pursuing Martial Arts training at the Titan facility.  Free Lessons are normally offered weekly throughout the year.  This FREE opportunity is valuable to the participant to help them make a decision if martial arts training is for them without having to commit any financial responsibility!!!
