All of us at Titan Fitness & Martial Arts would like to welcome back all Penn State students for the Fall 2010 semester. We are looking forward to a great year here of martial arts and boxing instruction. As Central Pennsylvania’s premier martial arts and fitness facility, we offer classes in mixed martial arts, Thai boxing, women’s kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and boxing. Memberships also include full use of the most state-of-the-art fitness facilities in the area. Fall 2010 Class Scheduled Released

We have just released our Fall 2010 class schedule, our most ambitious schedule to date. We are offering our standard classes in mixed martial arts, women’s kickboxing, and boxing. We will continue to teach Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes as well as we have since last March. The Thai boxing classes will include a beginners class to along with our advanced class for those students who want to specialize in the stand up kickboxing style.
