Spring 2010 Class Schedule

The following is the Titan Fitness & Martial Arts schedule of classes for Spring 2010.  All classes start on January 11 or 12 unless otherwise noted.

Mixed Martial Arts
Intermediate & Advanced:  Monday through Thursday  5 PM – 6 PM
Beginners:  Monday through Thursday  7 PM – 8 PM (starting January 18)

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Tuesday & Thursday 8 pm – 9 pm, Friday 5 pm – 6 pm (starting March 16)

Women’s Kickboxing
Intermediate & Advanced:  Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6 PM – 7 PM
Beginners:  Tuesday & Thursday 6 PM – 7 PM  Friday 5 PM – 6 PM

Thai Boxing II
Monday 5 PM – 6 PM  Tuesday & Thursday 6 PM – 7 PM

Boxing I & II
Monday & Wednesday 8 PM – 9 PM  Friday 7 PM – 8 PM
Intermediate & Advanced starts January 11;  Beginners start January 18.

Filipino Martial Arts (all levels)
Tuesday & Thursday  5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Youth Martial Arts
Monday & Wednesday 6 PM – 7 PM
