Fall 2010 Class Schedule

The following is the Titan Fitness & Martial Arts schedule of classes for Fall 2010.  All classes start on August 23 unless otherwise noted.

Mixed Martial Arts
Intermediate & Advanced:  Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday  5 PM – 6 PM
Beginners:  Monday through Wednesday 7 PM – 8 PM (starting  August 30)

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (starting Monday, August 30)
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 6 PM – 7 PM

Women’s Kickboxing
Intermediate & Advanced:  Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6 PM – 7 PM
Beginners:  Tuesday & Thursday 6 PM – 7 PM  Friday 5 PM – 6 PM (class starts August 30)

Thai Boxing
Intermediate & Advanced:  Monday & Wednesday 5 PM – 6 PM  and Friday 6 PM – 7 PM
Beginners:  Monday & Wednesday 7 PM – 8 PM and Friday 5 PM – 6 PM (starting August 30)

Boxing I & II
Monday & Wednesday 8 PM – 9 PM  Friday 7 PM – 8 PM
Intermediate & Advanced starts August 23;  Beginners start August 30.

Youth Martial Arts
Tuesday & Thursday 6 PM – 7 PM (starting September 7)
