Martial Arts Personal & Small Group Lessons

Martial arts training is conducted by Titan Fitness & Martial Arts Head Instructor and Program Director, Bruce Lombard.  Mr. Lombard is a certified coach in Combat Submission Wrestling (CSW) under mixed martial arts pioneer, Erik Paulson.  He offers personal and small group training in every program offered at Titan including Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Thai Kickboxing, Submission Grappling, and Boxing.  If you have a friend or small group of friends, you can create your own class section that best suits your schedule.  Lessons can include any combination of new technique instruction, drilling, conditioning, and sparring.  For further information on personal and small group martial arts lessons, also visit www.lombardmma.com.
